Business Office
There is an ATM on the Main Floor, around the corner from the cafeteria, near Ontario Nutrition.
The Business Office offers limited financial and banking services. It is located on the Main Floor, Room M. 114, beside the Patient and Family Resource Centre. For more information call ext. 3095.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Computers
We encourage you to stay in touch with family and friends, and to connect to online resources, while in the hospital. You can bring your own laptop or tablet and use Wi-Fi or use a computer in the Patient & Family Resource Centre (Library) or in the patient lounge on your unit.
Wi-Fi Access
You can access the internet through our ‘BHGuest’ Wi-Fi network. You will need to review and accept the terms and conditions that will appear in your browser.
Entertainment and TV Rental Services
Entertainment and TV rental services are available right at the bedside, provided by HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions. There is a standard touch-tone phone at bedside tables that allows you to make unlimited internal and local calls. Patients or their loved ones can either complete the rental process anytime on the bedside terminal or by visiting www.ConnectMyBed.ca.
www.ConnectMyBed.ca is available 24/7 to also help answer questions related to local channel guides and request customer service assistance.
Hair Salon
The Hennick Bridgepoint Hair Salon provides a wide range of beauty and hair services at reasonable costs. Prices are posted in the Hair Salon. It is located on 5th Floor just off the elevator lobby.

Interpreter Services
We want every patient to be confident that they understand the information their health care team is giving them. A free interpreter service is available in 65 languages for patients and family caregivers whose first language is not English. This service is also available for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Using an interpreter will not affect your privacy and confidentiality and will help you make decisions about your care.
If you need an interpreter while you are staying in the hospital, please talk to someone on your care team.

Laundry
Coin-operated laundry machines are provided on each patient floor. Machines use quarters and change is available from the Business Office on the Main Floor. Patients will need to bring their own laundry soap.
Mail is delivered directly to the patient unit. Stamped, outgoing mail can be placed at the designated box at the nursing station or in the Canada Post mailbox located just outside the Ground Floor entrance.
Mealtime Assistance Program
The Mealtime Assistance Program (MAP) is an educational program that trains volunteers on how to assist patients at mealtime using safe feeding strategies. The volunteers also provide the social interaction that makes mealtime more enjoyable for our patients at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital. MAP is a referral generated program, with a specific eligibility criteria. If this service is required, please talk to your care team.
Patient & Family Library
Our Library is located on the Main Floor and is open to patients, families and visitors free of charge.
Patient Lounge
Each floor has a patient lounge where you can watch television.
Retail Services
Food
The hospital's Food Services department prepares fresh nutritious meals to ensure your nutritional needs are met. We also have food available for purchase on-site, and a large cafeteria seating area on the Main Floor where you can visit with family and friends.
Riverside Bistro prepares a variety of fresh meal and snack options daily.

Tim Hortons sells coffee, tea and other beverages, as well as a selection of snacks.
