There is an ATM on the Main Floor, around the corner from the cafeteria, near Ontario Nutrition.
The Business Office offers limited financial and banking services. It is located on the Main Floor, beside the Patient and Family Resource Centre. For more information call x3095.

We encourage you to stay in touch with family and friends, and to connect to online resources, while in the hospital. In addition to our Patient & Family Resource Centre (patient library), you can access computers through our Internet Café and our BridgePoint & Click program.
Internet Café
Our Internet Café, located on the 5th floor, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Information sheets are provided in the Internet Café to help you to access the computers.
BridgePoint & Click
Our BridgePoint & Click program allows you to securely access the Internet and use Microsoft Office programs from designated patient computers in the patient lounge on your unit (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), or in the Patient & Family Resource Centre. This service is free to all hospital patients; you can find sign-up sheets in the patient lounge on your unit.
Entertainment and TV rental services are available right at the bedside, provided by HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions. There is a standard touch-tone phone at bedside tables that allows you to make unlimited internal and local calls. Patients or their loved ones can either complete the rental process anytime on the bedside terminal or by visiting www.ConnectMyBed.ca.
www.ConnectMyBed.ca is available 24/7 to also help answer questions related to local channel guides and request customer service assistance.
The Hennick Bridgepoint Hair Salon provides a wide range of beauty and hair services at reasonable costs. Prices are posted in the Hair Salon. It is located on 5th Floor just off the elevator lobby.

We want every patient to be confident that they understand the information their health care team is giving them. If you are more comfortable speaking another language to communicate with your health care team, we will arrange an interpreter for you. We also offer interpretation services for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing. There will be no charge for these services.
Using an interpreter will not affect your privacy and confidentiality and will help you make decisions about your care.
Please let your doctor, the admitting or care team know about your communication needs in advance if possible. If you need an interpreter while you are staying in the hospital, please talk to a someone on your care team.

Coin-operated laundry machines are provided on each patient floor. Machines use quarters.
Mail is delivered directly to the patient unit. Stamped, outgoing mail can be placed at the designated box at the nursing station or in the Canada Post mailbox located just outside the ground floor entrance.
Volunteers assist patients who are experiencing eating challenges as a result of their physical condition. They also provide welcome social interaction that makes mealtimes more enjoyable for patients. Learn more about the Mealtime Assistance Program.
Our Library is located on the Main Floor and is open to patients, families and visitors free of charge.
Each floor has a patient lounge where you can watch television.
If you have a personal laptop, tablet or mobile device, you can access the Internet at no cost through our Wi-Fi network. You can use our Wi-Fi network to check email or surf the Internet; access to some content is restricted - such as downloading movies. Please refer to your device's user guide for instructions on how to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Our SSID is "BHGuest."
The hospital's Food Services department prepares fresh nutritious meals to ensure your nutritional needs are met. We also have food available for purchase on-site, and a large cafeteria seating area on the main floor where you can visit with family and friends.
Riverside Bistro prepares a variety of fresh meal and snack options daily.
