There a number of clinics and services available to those who are currently part of a Hennick Bridgepoint program. Access is based on individual care needs.


  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication Clinic (AAC) (inpatient and outpatient): Addresses the communication needs of individuals with severe speech and/or physical impairments. Visit our clinic page to learn about the referral requirements.
  • Seating Clinic (inpatient and outpatient): Addresses both the basic and complex seating needs of patients who require the use of an assistive device to support mobility. For outpatient services, please fill in a referral form and fax it to 416-461-2089.
  • Ophthalmology Clinic (inpatient): Available on a referral basis, the Ophthalmology Clinic provides convenient access to eye examinations and prescriptions.
  • Specialty Clinics (outpatient): Individuals with complex health care presentations often have specific needs for clarity of diagnosis and management. For such cases, outpatient appointments are available in the following medical specialties: Endocrinology, General Internal Medicine, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Physiatry. Download a referral form


  • Therapy Pool (inpatient and outpatient): Overlooking Riverdale Park, the Price Family Pool has an entry ramp and hydraulic lift for patients with mobility challenges or who use wheelchairs.
  • Snozelen Room (inpatient): Specially designed to deliver stimuli to various senses, using lighting effects, colour, sounds, music, scents, etc. Our Snozelen Room uses music, lighting effects, gentle vibrations, tactile sensations and aromatherapy, which all provide opportunities for a unique sensory experience. It provides a quiet space where you can relax and have the opportunity to choose an activity at your own pace.
  • Chiropody (inpatient): Services include preventative education as well as management and treatment of the high-risk foot conditions for persons afflicted with diabetes and/or lower limb vascular problems.
  • Physiatry Services (inpatient and outpatient): Patients whose functional abilities have been impaired by injury or disease can access physiatrists who specialize in non-surgical, physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Therapeutic Recreation (inpatient): Trained professionals use leisure interest assessments to develop treatment plans and implement specifically designed recreation and leisure activities that respond to the individual needs of each patient.
