Important: COVID-19 Update for Family Health Team Patients

Please do not come to the clinic without calling first.

We may be able to address your health concern over the phone!

All patients are expected to wear a properly fitted mask that covers their nose and mouth when visiting the clinic. If you do not have one, the front desk will provide you with one. You will also be expected to sanitize your hands upon entry. Thank you for doing your part to keep yourself and our staff safe!

Holiday Hours 2022

December 24: 9:00am-11:30am

December 25, 26 & 27: Closed

December 28, 29:8:30am to 4:30pm, & after-hours clinic 5pm to 8pm

December 30: 8:30am – 4:00pm

December 31: 9:00am – 11:30am

January 1&2: Closed

January 3, 4, 5:8:30am to 4:30pm, & after-hours clinic 5pm to 8pm

January 6: 8:30am-4:00pm

January 7: 9:00am – 11:30am

All visits are by appointments only. Please call ahead of time to schedule. If we are not open and you are unsure if you require medical attention, please call Telehealth Ontario, 1-866-797-0000, to speak with a registered nurse.

After-Hours Clinics

Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for urgent care concerns)
Saturday 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for urgent care concerns)

Please Note

If our phones are off, please call the Telephone Health Advisory Service to speak with a nurse if you are uncertain whether you require medical attention, or need medical advice: 1-866-553-7205.

*Please schedule your routine appointments with your primary care provider so they can provide continuity in your care. When your primary care provider is not available, you may be seen by another provider for urgent, same-day issues at our Urgent-Care Clinic Monday - Thursday 5 - 8 p.m. or Saturday 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Our Urgent Care Clinic is available to all patients of the Bridgepoint Family Health Team who need urgent care. To ensure continuity of care is maintained, we ask that you try to avoid going to a walk-in clinic and access your care through our Advanced Access services and Urgent Care Clinic.

If you require non-urgent care please call during regular daytime office hours to book an appointment. Prescription refills, form completions, or pre-op exams are completed during regular business hours.
