Our Urgent Care Clinic is available to all patients of the Bridgepoint Family Health Team who need urgent care. To ensure continuity of care is maintained, we ask that you try to avoid going to a walk-in clinic and access your care through our Advanced Access services and Urgent Care Clinic.
If you require non-urgent care please call during regular daytime office hours to book an appointment. Prescription refills, form completions, or pre-op exams are completed during regular business hours.
Bridgepoint Hospital does not have an emergency department.
Urgent care clinics hours:
- Mondays-Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - the last appointment is generally at 7:45 p.m.
- Patients must call to request an appointment during the week.
- Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.- the last appointment is generally at 11:30 a.m.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, no walk-ins are accepted in the evening and Saturday urgent care clinics. Please call us to book an appointment.
